Novara

One building, three kinds of keys: resident owners, long-term renters, and vacation guests. Novara runs the association underneath them all — dues, assemblies, documents, maintenance, and access — in English and Spanish, on both sides of the border.

The whole association, in one place.

Dues and cuotas, billed and tracked per unit. Assemblies with ownership-weighted voting, so the vote count matches the bylaws instead of a show of hands. Governing documents where owners and renters can actually find them. Maintenance ticketing, amenity reservations, and guest access that knows the difference between an owner, a tenant, and a Saturday check-in.

Every screen in English and Spanish — not translated as an afterthought, but built bilingual, because your building already is.

Made for buildings that host.

Most HOA software pretends every unit is owner-occupied. On the coast, your building mixes full-time residents, snowbirds, long-term renters, and a rotating cast of short-term guests — and the association carries the burden of tracking who is running rentals, collecting the surcharges, and staying on the right side of local registration and lodging-tax rules.

Novara treats that as the normal case: short-term-rental registration per unit, rental surcharges on the regular dues cycle, and Mexican fiscal plumbing — CFDI invoicing included — handled inside the platform instead of in a spreadsheet next to it.

We’re onboarding a small number of communities.

Novara is in early access. We work directly with each pilot community — hands-on setup, your documents and unit roster imported for you, and a direct line to the people building the product. Pilot communities shape what gets built next and keep preferred pricing when we launch.
